Diagnostics:

This is a very common ornamental Dracaena cultivated around the island, and also found as remnants in young secondary forests that used to be kampungs. It is a shrub that can grow up to about 5m, with leafy clusters at the tip of each stem arranged in a spiral and overlapping manner.
