Ixora pendula is a shrub that can be found in our Central Catchment and Bukit Timah Nature Reserves. It can be easily recognised from the white and pink flowers which hang downwards. Otherwise, identification is difficult.


Interesting Facts:

The variety of the Pink Needles found in Singapore is Ixora pendula var. pendula.
